Mission:

It is the mission of McKibben Elementary to develop a learning community that strives toward high achievement for all.

Vision:

The McKibben staff envisions a school in which we:

1. Monitor each student’s progress on a frequent and ongoing basis.
2. Create a healthy and safe environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.
3. Work in collaborative teams to ensure academic success.
4. Demonstrate a personal commitment to achieving a common purpose through the use of SMART goals and grade-level standards.
