The new school year is just around the corner, and we are excited to welcome our students back! As part of our preparation for the upcoming school year, the Aeries Parent Portal will open on Thursday, July 30. All families are required to log in and complete Data Confirmation for each student before the first day of school.
Completing Data Confirmation helps ensure our district has the most current and accurate information for your child. We encourage families to complete this process as early as possible.
Before you begin, please have your child’s medical insurance information available, as you will be asked to provide this information during Data Confirmation. If your child does not have medical insurance, simply select “No Insurance.”
During Data Confirmation, you will also see a new authorization question asking for your permission to allow the district to seek reimbursement from Medi-Cal and commercial health plans for eligible school-based behavioral health and wellness services through the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Act.

All school sites will be available to support families. Families are invited to visit their child’s school site for assistance completing Data Confirmation.
