Hello SWSD Families,
We’re excited to share a great summer learning opportunity for our students. The Río Hondo Math Academy will be offering a free Summer Math Program designed to help students strengthen their math skills and get ready for the upcoming school year.
Program Details:

• Dates: June 8 – July 9, 2026
• Days: Monday through Thursday
• Time: 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM
• Optional Tutoring: 12:25 PM – 1:25 PM
• Location: Graves Middle School

Courses Offered:

• Pre-Algebra (for incoming 7th grade students)
• Algebra I (for incoming 8th grade students)

This program is a great way for students to:

• Prevent summer learning loss
• Strengthen math skills
• Build a strong academic foundation
• Feel more confident for the new school year

Parent Orientation:
An informational meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at 4:00 PM for families who would like to learn more.

Important: Space is limited, so we encourage families to register early.
