South Whittier School District is accepting nominations and applications from South Whittier community members who live within our trustee area map to fill a vacant seat within the Board of Education. The application and additional information can be found on our website by following this LINK.

The application window opens on Monday, August 18, 2025 and closes on Friday, August 29, 2025 @ 5:00 PM. 

The vacant seat is for Trustee Area 1 and the appointed candidate will serve on the Board of Education through December 2026 when the term expires.
